Pennsylvania. The Army Corps of Engineers at Raystown Lake are seeking resident volunteers for the 2023 recreation season. In exchange for 20-30 hours/week, volunteers are provided a full hookup campsite for the duration of their service. Season runs April to October, start/end dates are flexible. Natural resource management and recreation assistance tasks such as tending the Visitor Center rain garden, trail maintenance, picking up litter, etc. General Maintenance such as cleaning fire rings/grills, painting facilities, emptying trash cans, etc. Support tasks such as assisting with water safety programs, coordinating event traffic, etc. For more information, please contact our office at: 814-658-6813 or [email protected]
