Workamper® News is mailed via USPS on, or about, the 23rd of the even-numbered months: February, April, June, August, October and December.
If you have not received your magazine by the 10th of each odd-numbered month, first check with your mail forwarding service or anyone else who has access to your mail, including your local postmaster. Unforwardable or undeliverable magazines are returned to Workamper® News. Rather than forwarding your mail, give us your new address and let us mail your issues directly to you, even for temporary addresses. The issue will arrive sooner and the chance of losing an issue will be less. Please be sure you update your address with the USPS as well. If you are unable to locate your magazine, please call our office so we can confirm that we have your correct address and to see if your issue has been returned by the Postal Service. There is a charge - a one-issue membership/subscription reduction - to re-mail or replace magazines (unless it is our error, of course).
By Mail - Use the forms provided in each issue, or make corrections on your address label (on rear cover of each issue of Workamper News) and return it to: Workamper News, 110 Tulaka Blvd Ste C, Heber Springs, AR 72543.
By Telephone - Call 501-362-2637, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. The change will be quicker if you know your /membersubscriber number, which is always printed along with your expiration date, above your name and address on your address label (on rear cover of each issue of Workamper News magazine).
