Workamper Experiences

Our Dream Job

I am a lifetime camper and Girl Scout leader for my daughters through all levels, as well as national scout board member.  When I married my husband, his idea of camping was staying at a Motel 6 rather than the Hilton!  However, we have enjoyed many years of camping in Oklahoma, starting in a pop-up and progressing to a 30 ft trailer.

CROWLEY, Texas, Oct. 11, 2016 — Many fulltime RVers are 'Workampers’ who work entire seasons at a campground, handling everything from front desk to maintenance responsibilities.

But for RVers who crave the opportunity to travel freely from campground to campground as they work, it’s hard to beat working as a traveling marketing rep for Crowley, Texas-based AGS Publications, the nation’s superior producer of top-quality guest guides for campgrounds, RV parks and resorts.
