At RRM-CLM, most of our employment positions fall into two categories: Camp Hosts and Area Managers. Typically, our Managers advance into their role by beginning as a Camp Host. We recognize and promote our talented Hosts through our robust Management-In-Training Program. External Manager candidates are considered if skills and experience match our Company requirements.

Our Campground Host Program:
The Campground Host position is typically filled by two people, but can be a single person role in certain locations. The primary objective is to provide a quality recreational experience for visitors within areas operated by the Company. The Campground Host will implement nearly all operational tasks required within their assigned campground or area.
Qualifications for Camp Hosts:
RRM-CLM will pay for all hours worked and your Camp Host site. Exact season dates, hours, and other varying factors will be dependent on the campground location. We do our best to match employees to the location that works best for them.
Our Management-In-Training Program:
MIT Candidates must love interacting with the public, and be willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training includes a mixture of online tutorials and on-the-job training with experienced Managers for at least one season prior to taking on their own permit. Referral bonuses are included for identifying qualified hosts as potential MIT Candidates!
