The most popular avenue for advertising your jobs is through what we call the Hotline, but we also allow for limited banner ads in our daily email to Workampers, and we offer a live, online presentation service we call a “Jobinar.” Read about these options below.

HOTLINE JOB LISTING ADS

  • First ad FREE (up to 100 words)

HOTLINE DETAILS

Our Hotline system quickly delivers your job opportunities directly to Workampers. Ads can start on any weekday and may promote immediate openings, upcoming seasonal roles, or year-round positions.

You choose how long your ad is published—anywhere from 2 weeks up to 6 months, in two-week increments.

Hotline ads are:

  • Published on our Job Listings page, fully accessible to our Seeker and Pro-level Workamper members. Other website visitors will see a preview of each listing.

  • Emailed directly to Workamper members through our daily Hotline Jobs email. All Workamper membership levels can receive this email. If your ad runs longer than 2 weeks, it will be re-included in the email every two weeks for the duration (e.g., a 6-month ad appears in the email 12 times).

 

Pricing

Hotline ad pricing is based on word count and duration:

  • Standard & Featured Employer Members: Ads start at $49 for up to 100 words for 2 weeks

  • Lite Members: Ads start at $89 for up to 100 words for 2 weeks

  • Additional words are $1.00 each

  • Your first Hotline ad is free (up to 100 words)

If you choose to pay in full, you'll receive a 10% discount for longer durations. Example: A 100-word ad for 4 weeks = $49 × 2 = $98 – 10% = $88.20

 

Payment Options

You can pay by credit card or request an invoice. For direct deposit, please contact our office.

If your ad runs for 4 weeks or longer, you may either:

  • Pay in full upfront, or

  • Pay as you go – we’ll charge your card or send an invoice every 2 weeks until the ad completes

 

Featured Employer Members

Featured Employer Members receive one Always Active Ad as part of their membership. This ad is posted to the Job Listings page continuously but it is not included in the daily Hotline email. You can also run additional Hotline ads at any time.

JOBINAR DETAILS

A Jobinar is our term for an online event where you can give a live employment presentation to interested Workampers—right from your home or office.

The concept was inspired by our on-location Job Fairs we held in 2008. While those in-person events were valuable, we heard from many Workampers who couldn’t attend due to travel limitations, and from employers who found it difficult to justify the expense of long-distance travel. So, we created the Jobinar: a cost-effective, accessible alternative that allows everyone to participate, no matter where they are.

 

How It Works

Jobinars are hosted using GoToMeeting, a trusted online webinar platform.

  • We’ll schedule your event for an afternoon time slot, Monday through Friday.

  • Workampers register online and receive a confirmation email with a link to join the event.

  • On the day of the Jobinar, attendees log in to hear your presentation and view your visual materials.

  • You can present a PowerPoint slideshow or share your website if it includes helpful photos and information.

Attendees can listen through their computer speakers or by calling in via phone. On their screens, they’ll see whatever content you choose to share.

 

WKN Support

A Workamper News staff member will be online with you during the entire event. They’ll:

  • Start the event and help you share your materials

  • Manage the Q&A session, reading aloud any questions that attendees type in during your presentation

  • Wrap up the session after all questions have been answered or after the one-hour time limit is reached

 

Recording & Replay

Each Jobinar is recorded and posted to the Jobinars page in our Media Library for a limited time, giving Workampers who couldn’t attend live a chance to view your presentation later.

 

Pricing & Scheduling

  • Cost: $129 per Jobinar

  • You may host as many Jobinars as you like throughout the year

  • To schedule an event, use our online ad submit process

  • Please submit your request at least 7 days in advance of your desired date

BANNER ADS IN THE HOTLINE JOBS EMAIL

  • $399 per month

We do not place banner ads on our website. Instead, we offer a single premium banner ad placement within our Hotline Jobs daily email—a long-format message sent every weekday to our engaged Workamper members.

  • Placement: In the body of the Hotline Jobs email

  • Need help with design? We offer banner design services at $50/hour

  • $399/month

  • Invoiced monthly — choose to pay via credit card or receive an invoice by mail or email
