What kinds of positions are available?
Campground Host:
An AL&L Campground Host is a visitor’s
first point
of
contact
onsite and sets the stage for a high-quality experience. Hosts welcome campers,
answer questions, collect fees, and perform maintenance/cleaning of their
campground. They help to ensure memorable stays at our campgrounds! Skills to be
successful include: a love of customer service, interacting well with visitors,
and the ability and willingness to perform labor duties such as cleaning
bathrooms and toilets, cleaning out firepits, picking up trash and sticks,
possibly mowing or landscaping.
Payroll Revenue Clerk:
At AL&L, our detail-oriented
Payroll
Revenue Clerks
work
with a District Manager and various Campground Hosts to collect and process
payroll data. Skills to be successful include: Basic record-keeping experience,
money handling, reconciliation of payments, and attention to detail.
Facilities Lead:
AL&L Facilities Leads provide quality
maintenance
support
at
multiple campgrounds within a district. They work closely with their District
Manager and various Campground Hosts. Skills to be successful may include
(depending on location): operating light to medium machinery, plumbing, small
engine repair, working on water systems, painting, roofing, roadwork, and
electric golf cart maintenance.
District & Permit Managers:
At AL&L, our District and
Permit
Managers are
skilled leaders who understand AL&L goals, are exceptional at customer service,
and fully understand and know the jobs of those they manage. They are
responsible for the operations of several premiere campgrounds, including the
training and coaching of Campground Hosts, being a liaison to the U.S. Forest
Service, managing the contractual obligations of the Granger-Thye projects,
overseeing the physical upkeep of the district’s properties, and ensuring that
our guests find no better customer service experience anywhere else!
When do the jobs start?
Dates, hours, and other job specifics are dependent on campground locations.
How much do the jobs pay?
For
all our Campground Hosts and Management Team Members, we offer a Competitive
Base Pay + Free Host Site + Free Hook-Ups, where available.

Is An RV Required?
Applicants should have a self contained RV that will allow them to live on-site.
Tents
are
not
allowed.
Are Pets Allowed?
A limited number of pets are also welcome, provided they are on a 6 foot leash
when
outside
of
the RV.
